A home seller photobombed his realtor's photos of his run-down home dressed as a skeleton in a bid to attract haunted house fans.

Bud Kurwa got in the Halloween spirit by posing in the shots of every room of his dilapidated five-bed house.

In funny pics Bud, from Muskegon, Michigan, can be seen perching on the kitchen counter, peering through doorways and even painting the walls.

The fixer-upper house has been valued at $74,900 and is being sold by Five Star Real Estate – who mention in the ad that despite the photos, the property is “not haunted”

The house, built in 1924, features two bathrooms, a detached garage and a paved driveway.

Listing agent Bre McCarthy said: “We wanted to do something unique to market this home and get it in front of as many potential buyers as possible.

“The home is solid, with beautiful features, and potential to be restored.

“So far, we have had a lot of positive inquiries from buyers, but have also received many kudos from fellow agents.

“This industry can be challenging at times, so it was an added benefit to be able to make other realtors smile.

“We are always up for a challenge, and love to provide creative marketing solutions for our clients.”
