Golden retriever thinks pair of dog-shaped slippers are puppies

This hilarious video shows the moment an adorable dog mistook some dog-shaped slippers for a pair of puppies.

Molly, a two-year-old golden retriever, was visibly bewildered when her owner introduced her to the doggy doppelgänger footwear.

“Molly was very confused trying to figure out whether or not the slippers were a friend,” said her owner, Eva Chow, 30.

The pup bounced around and examined the slippers, appearing extremely baffled the entire time.

“I think eventually she realized they weren’t real and began debating whether or not she could get away with chewing them,” said Eva, from Seattle, Washington.
