This is the moment a heroic toddler bravely charged into his last round of chemo wearing his favorite superhero cape.

Noah Eyo, two, was diagnosed with hepatoblastoma, a form of liver cancer, in February this year and has since undergone countless rounds of chemotherapy.

Tragically, Noah's cancer spread from his liver to his lungs leaving him in need of two lung surgeries and a liver transplant.

But, since his successful transplant on August 5, he is finally on the mend, and he recently visited the hospital for his last round of chemo.

Because of Noah's amazing courage and strength he's been made an ambassador for the American Childhood Cancer Organisation.

The organization provides support to families of children with cancer and gave Noah a care package with a cape inside.

In the video, Noah can be seen storming into hospital with his gold cape on, ready to face his treatment head-on.

Mom Nikki Eyo, 30, couldn't be more proud of her son and says his bravery throughout his entire treatment has been unmatched.

Nikki, a graphic designer from Los Angeles, California said: "The American Childhood Cancer Organisation have been so supportive in making Noah an ambassador.

"He helps inspire other sick children and encourages people to donate to their organization to fund further treatment for childhood cancer.

"When he unwrapped the cape his reaction said it all - he never wants to take it off and it's so sweet.

"Watching him run head-on into his last round of treatment was quite something - I couldn't be prouder of my baby boy."

The video was filmed on November 9.
