These husky brothers may be world’s biggest ‘Piano Man’ fans

These huskies start howling whenever their owner plays "Piano Man" by Billy Joel.

Brothers Nico and Jackson love to sing along to the classic 70s tune, often to the dismay of their golden retriever chum Zoey.

Owner Chris Boudens said: “Once one gets going the other gets going and they don’t stop."

He has had Nico, eight, and Jackson, seven, since they were puppies and they have always loved to howl along to music, with some instruments exciting them more than others.

Chris, a carpenter, from Fernie, British Columbia, said: “The harmonica gets them going for sure.

“They have certain songs that they’ve always howled to since they were puppies, every time they heard it like ‘Piano Man’ and a couple of songs from The Lumineers.”

Zoey, six, who was introduced to the husky brothers when Chris and his girlfriend began dating, manages to take it all in her stride.

“She doesn't seem like she minds, but she does give you that look like she would rather it not be going on,” Chris said.

“She’ll look at you or she’ll smile. She usually anticipates a treat after she sits through that, so she gets a reward for it.”

Even with all of the howling, Chris said that Zoey is the boss of the bunch and that they are all best buddies.

“They seem like they’re a handful in the video, but they’re pretty quiet at home,” he said.

“They get out a lot and we go fishing, snowboarding and hiking with them.”
