Watch: Cute cat gets eaten by his own bed!

This hilarious video shows a cat being "eaten" by its own bed - like a giant Pac-Man.

Charly loves his clam shell bed so much that owner Chris Towler decided to make it more lively by adding eyes.

In the video, which went viral on Twitter last year, Charly looks like he is being eaten as he moves around the bed with his tail sticking out.

Chris, a software engineer based in Brooklyn, New York, said: “He would go in there and start kneading his paws and the clam shell would be moving so one day I thought it would be funny to just put eyes on it.

“It’s definitely his favorite afternoon nap spot. He spends a couple of hours there a day.” 

Chris and his partner adopted Charly in October 2020 from an animal shelter in Arlington, Virginia.

He added: “We met him over a Zoom call and fell in love with him immediately and adopted him shortly after.

“He’s very curious, much more affectionate than other cats you've seen and he lives for pranks. He turns everything he can find into a toy.”

The video was recorded in January 2021.
