Completed in 2020, both residences were designed by architect Jeffrey Dungan with interior design by Josh Fein of Fein Zalkin Interiors.
Both homes in Lewin Lane in Southwest Ranches, Florida, have cinemas, infinity pools, hibachis - posh outdoor Japanese cookers - and fire pits.
