Adorable baby elephant creates sprinkler to cool off with

This adorable baby elephant created a sprinkler with its trunk and doused itself to cool off on a hot day at the Phoenix Zoo.

Footage shows the little jumbo blocking off a tap in its sanctuary and as pressure builds up the water sprays out like a sprinkler.

If that wasn't enough for the animal to cool down, it even gathered water in its trunk and then lifted it above its body releasing it and dousing it to cope with the heat.

The zoo explained that the cheeky elephant was actually disrupting the filling of the pool with its adorable antics.
