Meet the man dubbed The Belly King who earns thousands-a-year by selling niche male pregnancy videos on OnlyFans.

Simon Henderson, 48, who can manipulate his shredded abs to a huge belly in an instant, has a group specialist fans looking to fulfill rare sexual fantasies.

He has posted 180 videos and 277 images to his OnlyFans account that have so far earned him around £4,000 ($4,437).

Bank clerk Simon insists the content is not pornographic, but admits it has kept him in the black after he ran into financial difficulties following the breakdown of his marriage.

Simon already had a massive following - with over three million views on TikTok - from people amazed at his ripped - then protruding, belly trick.

His OnlyFans site caters for various niches and fetishes including MPREG, where people fantasize about male pregnancy, to Vore, which is about eating people or being eaten, to Stuffing and Rippling.

Simon, from Medway, Kent, England said: "MPREG is the idea of a male being pregnant and experiencing such.

"I make lighthearted fun videos about being pregnant, moaning about it, talking about it and videos of me pretending to give birth.

"Vore is usually depicted in adult cartoons, and explores the possibility of eating people and keeping them in your belly and eventually digesting them.

"I can bring this idea to light in funny videos and my belly talent makes making these videos visual as opposed to imagined.

"This is the reason why I don't have to do porn on the site because my talent is so unique. It allows me to be very versatile and can bring MPREG and Vore to life.

"Stuffing is exactly what it sounds like, just eating food and supports the ideal of growing.

"As there are a lot of people in the belly community that likes to just encourage people to get fatter. They are appropriately called 'Encouragers.'

"One tried it with me offering to buy me loads of Big Macs, but I politely refused as my fitness is important to me, and besides that, I like being slim, as the extremes are visually better."

Simon has more than 80 regular fans, who subscribe to his OnlyFans content monthly.

They are mainly men from the fetish community, but he has trouble holding onto them as he avoids anything pornographic on his channel.

Simon added: "Most of my fans are men, and it doesn't bother me, as I still need to pay the bills back home. So I don't feel like I'm compromising myself at all.

"I like making videos and I like acting. I've had to learn about what they like and, although I'm nine months down the line now, I'm still surprised about people's kinks.

"I genuinely don't get it because I don't like bellies. I just have a belly that a lot of people like, so I'm perfect for this niche."

Simon started a YouTube channel in 2009, but he never really posted much and only had a handful of committed fans.

Since the start of this year, he started using it to advertise his OnlyFans channel.

He added: "I've only done OnlyFans since January. I left my wife and kids as the marriage dissolved and I'm living in rented accommodation, but I'm still paying half the mortgage.

"I found I was paying out more than I earned, so instead of just posting belly videos for fun, I needed to generate an income - so I had to go down that route.

"I only make about £100-a-week on average, but it's enough to keep me in the black as it tops up my money.

"With the bills going up and the cost of food, and the fact that as a bank clerk, which isn't regarded as a well-paid job, I would have been crushed.

"Without OnlyFans, I was already paying out more than what was coming in so I would've gone under without it."
