Photographer captures atmospheric drone pictures of historic fair
In 1227, King Henry III granted a Charter to the Bishop of Salisbury to hold a fair on the third Monday in October.

Photographer Martin Cook has captured aerial drone pictures of Salisbury Cathedral in England and the historic Charter Fair.
The annual event takes over the city's Market Place and includes traditional fair favorites including dodgems and a ghost train.
In 1227, King Henry III granted a Charter to the Bishop of Salisbury to hold a fair on the third Monday in October.
The same Charter granted the city permission to hold a market every Tuesday. The Charter Market and Annual Fair are still held to this day.
