An aquarium is giving romantics the chance to how deep their love is by proposing on Valentine's Day in one of their tanks - surrounded by sharks, turtles and stingrays.

Sea Life in Blackpool, UK, is letting people pop the question to their significant other on the most romantic day of the year while they go deep-sea diving.

People will be able to take their partner diving in the Ocean Tank, which is home to turtles, sharks and stingrays.

They will then be able to surprise their lover by holding up a giant red sign that reads: "Will you marry me?"

Scott Blacker, the head aquarist at Sea Life Blackpool, said that people often ask to propose in the unique location and now they've decided to make dreams come true.

He said: "Increasingly we are being asked by people if they can propose in our wonderful Ocean Tank.

"Keen to make dreams come true and help people create the perfect moment to pop the question, we now have a giant and incredibly romantic ‘Will You Marry Me?’ love heart.

"You really couldn’t get a more memorable and unique location to propose than the Ocean Tank, where you can get up close and personal with all of our amazing sea creatures."
