IT’S OFFICIALLY SPRING, AND ONE IN FOUR WOMEN SAY IT’S TIME TO SWITCH BACK TO T-SHIRTS.

THAT’S ACCORDING TO THE RESULTS OF A NEW SURVEY OF 2,000 PEOPLE BY ONEPOLL AND JERGENS.

THE STUDY ALSO FOUND THAT ON AVERAGE, WOMEN SAY TEMPERATURES HITTING 64 DEGREES MARKS THE START OF SPRING, BUT NEARLY A THIRD (30%) SAY THEIR IDEAL SPRING TEMPERATURE IS A BIT WARMER — AT LEAST 70 DEGREES.

COMING OUT OF THE COLDER SEASON, A THREE IN FOUR (72%) BELIEVE THE WEATHER BETWEEN SPRING AND WINTER SHOULD BE CONSIDERED A SEPARATE SEASON.

Survey methodology:

This random double-opt-in survey of 2,000 women was commissioned by Jergens between February 24 and March 1, 2023. It was conducted by market research company OnePoll, whose team members are members of the Market Research Society and have corporate membership to the American Association for Public Opinion Research (AAPOR) and the European Society for Opinion and Marketing Research (ESOMAR).
