Tropical island used in James Bond movie on sale

A stunning tropical island used as a backdrop for blockbuster Hollywood films is on sale for $100 million.

Little Pipe Cay in the Bahamas featured in both the James Bond film "Casino Royale" and "Pirates of the Caribbean."

And it's now on the market for a staggering sum; boasting 11 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms and a berth big enough for a superyacht.

The fully staffed island, located in the Exumas archipelago, also has a helipad, gym and spa.

The main residence measures 5,300sq ft, with the whole island covering 40 acres.

Its surrounding waters are said to have been described as Bombay Sapphire blue by locals.

Currently advertised as a luxury vacation destination, estate agents Engel & Völkers say it is in immaculate condition.

It was previously on sale in 2018 for $85 million, according to reports online.

The new listing said: "Little Pipe Cay is nestled within the Exumas archipelago in the Bahamas.
