A holidaymaker was left all shook up after spotting the face of Elvis in a TOWEL - on the anniversary of his death.

Dawn Dandy, 55, is convinced the creases looked like the King of Rock and Roll - and says her husband and daughter agreed.

The kitchen assistant was on holiday in Skiathos, Greece and had hung the towel up to dry.

She then spotted the outline while she was sunbathing - and instantly thought of Elvis.

Spookily Dawn, from Loughborough, Leics., took the picture on August 16 - 46 years to the day after his death.

She said: "Elvis is one of my all-time favorites. I grew up listening to him and have always been a big fan.

"It was quite exciting and funny. My husband and I are both fans of Elvis and we both immediately said it looked like him.

"We'd hung the towel up to dry after we'd been sunbathing and were sat on the balcony when I said, 'There's a face in that towel'.

"It was on the day of the anniversary of his death - it made it quite special really."

Elvis died in August 1977 at his Graceland home in Memphis, Tenn.
