By James Nesbitt-Long via SWNS
The ultimate Halloween home is on sale - surrounded by a graveyard.
The former chapel is on the market for £69,000 (Over $83,000) - but is built in the middle of a cemetery.
The Chapel, at Addison Avenue, Llanharry, in Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales, is being sold online by Newport-based Paul Fosh Auctions.
A spokesperson said: "The chapel offers a wonderful opportunity to acquire a property which offers scope for development.
''The sale of the chapel does include the surrounding graveyard.
''There is also planning for a two-bed and three-bed house and there are visiting rights for the graveyard.
"The chapel has been stripped out in readiness for work to commence and also benefits from parking for up to four cars.
"The property offers convenient access to the M4 Junction 34 and the train station at Pontyclun just a short drive away.''
The chapel is included in a catalogue of some 100 varied properties which go up for sale from 12 noon on Tuesday, November 7 and end from 5 pm, on Thursday, November 9.
