Leopard sneaks into house before leaping across rooftops to escape
A village in northern India was riddled with panic after the large wildcat broke into a house.

A leopard snuck into a house and lunged towards the windows before leaping across rooftops.
The village was "panic gripped" after the big cat was spotted entering a home and a video shows it pouncing towards a person before it fled up the stairs.
Locals screamed as the wild cat jumped over a wall and out of view in Narsinghpur village in northern India's Haryana.
Forest Department officials attempted to stop the leopard by suspending a net from a terraced rooftop and the cat initially escaped.
Gurugram Police said officers later caught the leopard when it was spotted in the open, local course said.
