Jewelry shopkeeper thwarts armed robbery with wooden baton
A fearless jeweler thwarted an armed robbery using a wooden baton.
The shopkeeper, who wasn't named, was sitting behind the jewelry cabinets when four men entered his store.
CCTV from inside the jewelry shop in Thane, western India, on August 14 shows the men pointing their weapons at the visibly frightened shopkeeper.
But in a quick turn of events, the owner pulled out a long wooden baton - sending the four men fleeing in fear.
According to reports, one man was arrested but three are still on the run.
The police investigation in ongoing.
