Underground Cold War bunker could be yours for a price

A rare hidden underground Cold War bunker goes up for auction today - expected to go for at least £20,000 (over $25,000).

The bunker was built in 1950s post-war Britain and is located on the outskirts of Ugborough in South Hams, Devon.

The Royal Observer Corps (ROC) Cold War nuclear bunker is approximately 11.4 square meters internally.

It features a closet for chemical toilets as well as cupboards, a shelf, a bunkbed and various other items.

The bunker, situated at the top of a hill in a field, is surrounded by panoramic countryside views.

It must be entered by a ladder going underground.

From today (2), people can place bids on this unique piece of post-war British history.

It is being sold by online auction by Luscombe Maye estate agents with a guide price of £20,000.
