Over 600 pieces of rare Star Wars collectibles up for auction

The hoard of collectibles includes sought-after models, unique film props, and an original script.

A huge sale of over 600 pieces of rare Star Wars memorabilia could make £120,000 (over $150,000) at auction.

The massive hoard of collectibles includes sought-after models, unique film props, and an original script from the genre-defining sci-fi series.

A Kenner vinyl caped 12-Back Jawa model is one of the stars of the show - with an estimate of up to £8,000 (over $10,000).

While a Meccano Boba Fett figure could make as much as £4,000 (over $5,000) and another of Luc (Tenue Bespin) could reach £3,000 (nearly $4,000).

The auction also includes a stunning script for the trailer of the 'Revenge of the Jedi' - with pen annotations changing the title to 'Return of the Jedi'.

An extremely rare model of a Death Squad Commander on a 21A back will also be up for grabs.

There will also be over 90 high-grade loose figures along with a full-size Storm Trooper costume.

Cast and crew items, playsets, pre-production pieces, press booklets, photographs and other books will complete the sale.

The auction, comprising 619 lots, is expected to achieve between £94,000 (over $100,000 and £120,000 (over $150,000)

A specialist at Vectis Auctions, which will put the items under the hammer on October 29 said: “There’s just so much great stuff!”
