A woman recreated the iconic pottery scene from "Ghost" for Halloween - including a cut out of Patrick Swayze.

Katherine Robinson, 37, has always loved the 1990 film and decided to recreate one of the film's famous scenes for Halloween.

Katherine, an office manager from Harmony, Florida, also had a pottery wheel wrapped around her neck.

She said: "The pottery wheel scene between Molly and Sam is just so iconic.

"It’s so funny, romantic and over-the-top.

“I wanted to do something unique that people would instantly recognise but wouldn’t see anywhere else.”

Katherine only spent £23 ($30) on her costume, using items from around her home including a tray and a white top.

She said: “I actually bought clay to make the pot myself but when I saw the vase while shopping, it was the perfect piece.”

Katherine’s clever outfit was a hit during her community’s Halloween festivities on October 18.

She added: “Some people immediately got the reference and started laughing.

“A few even sang ‘Unchained Melody’, which made it even more fun.

"The kids had no idea what it was from, but they still thought it was funny!”
