A Liam Gallagher lookalike has told how he is stopped 10 times a day by fans asking for selfies due to his doppelganger look.

Glenn Moss, 42, says when he puts on a parka jacket and some sunglasses, he is inundated with people wanting a snap alongside their favourite '90s rock star.

The Oasis super fan - who has watched the brothers 13 times, has said he first realized he looked like Liam at age 18, after receiving comments from his mates.

Now he says he can sometimes have over one hundred people ask him for a selfie when visiting festivals like Glastonbury and Leeds Festival.

Glenn - a self-employed window cleaner - has also met the real Liam twice, saying he is a "cool laidback guy".

The doppelganger said: "Sometimes people refuse to believe I'm not Liam when I tell them - they always say 'that's what he would say to try and get us to move on'.

"I suppose if I looked like someone different who I didn't take the fancy of then yeh it would be annoying - I love Oasis so having similarities doesn't bother me at all."

"It's a normal thing now - if anything, I enjoy it."

Glenn, from Essex, said he was "hooked" on Oasis aged 12 after hearing Live Forever for the first time on the radio.

It wasn't until he was 17 that he would see them live for the first time at Wembley in 2000 with his mates from College.

But only a few years later, when he dressed in a similar style to a rock icon did he start to get compliments on his similarities.

Glenn said: "I've always dressed with that style of clothes and hair so it sort of just happened.

"As I've gotten older, I feel like I've started looking like him a lot more and I've also grown into it - it's become part of my identity.

The window washer has said he doesn't mind taking pictures with Oasis fans or looking similar as he "loves" Liam.

He says some days he can be stopped over 10 times a day by people wanting a picture or stopping to have a chat.

Glenn said: "Normally, when one person spots me, they come over to have a picture, then other people see what's going on and they get involved too.

"I've also had people take pictures of me from afar like paparazzi - I'd much prefer people just come up to me and have a picture taken."

The superfan has also met Liam twice - once in 2009 in Edinburgh in the smoking area of a local pub where he sorted him and his mates out with six VIP tickets for the gig.

He also met him at Piccadilly Station in Manchester the day after the Stone Roses performed in 2016.

Glenn said: "Both times he was just a laidback guy - he was nothing like how the media portrays him in real life.

"Both times we just had short chats about things like Oasis, upcoming gigs, that sort of thing.

"He seemed like just a proper down-to-earth nice guy."

Glenn has managed to bag himself four tickets to watch the brothers perform around the country on their £400 million reunion tour.

He said: "I'm watching them in Cardiff, at Heaton Park, and Wembley - I'm also travelling to Los Angeles as well, which should be biblical."

"It's been a long time coming and I can't wait for it - roll on Friday."
