A rare albino kangaroo joey has been born at a zoo.
The tiny marsupial, born on August 25, has red eyes and no pigment due to a rare genetic condition thought to occur only once in every 100,000 births.
Adorable video shows the snow-white kangaroo joey exploring Belgrade Zoo in Serbia.
Zoo biologist Kristijan Ovari said: "Her grandmother was white, her mother carried the gene and suddenly this snowy-white little female appeared."
"It was an incredible surprise."
Keepers are keeping a close eye on the joey as albino animals are more vulnerable to sunlight and need extra protection.
Belgrade Zoo has long been home to unusual white animals, from lions and tigers to a buffalo calf, but staff say this newcomer has already stolen visitors’ hearts and is expected to become a star attraction.
