WORKERS AROUND THE WORLD MAY BE FEELING UNDERPAID, AND MANY SAY IT WOULD TAKE A BIG RAISE TO CHANGE THAT.

A NEW GLOBAL SURVEY OF 4,000 EMPLOYEES FROM G-P FINDS NEARLY ONE IN FIVE FEEL SEVERELY UNDERPAID.

ON AVERAGE, THOSE WORKERS SAY THEY’D NEED ABOUT A 30 PERCENT PAY INCREASE TO FINALLY FEEL FAIRLY COMPENSATED.

PAY TRANSPARENCY IS ALSO A GROWING PRIORITY, WITH MANY SAYING THEY’D PUSH FOR CLEARER POLICIES OR EVEN LEAVE A JOB WITHOUT IT.

THE STUDY, CONDUCTED BY TALKER RESEARCH, HIGHLIGHTS HOW SALARY FAIRNESS AND OPENNESS ARE BECOMING MAJOR FACTORS IN TODAY’S GLOBAL WORKFORCE.

SO WHAT ABOUT YOU? DO YOU FEEL FAIRLY PAID FOR THE WORK YOU DO? WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU.

Research methodology:

Talker Research surveyed 4,000 employed professionals (1,000 from U.S., 1,000 from U.K., 500 from France, 500 from Germany, 500 from Singapore, 500 from Australia) who have access to the internet; the survey was commissioned by G-P and administered and conducted online by Talker Research between Apr. 21 and Apr. 29, 2026.
