This is the touching moment a pup that went missing for nearly a year was reunited with his family thanks to microchip tracking.

The emotional moment, filmed by Highlands County Sheriff's Office, Florida shows excited Conway being reunited with his tearful family.

Conway, a bull terrier mix, went missing in Hardee County on November 11 last year.

He was found 30 miles away in Sebring and taken in to animal services 10 months later thanks to microchip tracking.

Highlands County Sheriff's Office says Conway was skinny and exhausted when found and looked almost nothing like the healthy, happy dog he was when he went missing.

The footage was filmed in September 2021.
