TWO IN FIVE (42%) AMERICANS HAVE FALLEN BACK IN LOVE WITH A PARTNER AFTER GOING ON VACATION TOGETHER, ACCORDING TO NEW RESEARCH.
A SURVEY OF 2,000 ADULTS LOOKED AT THE MAGIC OF VACATIONING – ESPECIALLY WITH OTHERS – AND FOUND THAT THREE IN FOUR (77%) SAY VACATIONS ARE GREAT FOR THOSE LOOKING TO KEEP THE SPARK ALIVE IN THEIR RELATIONSHIP.
CONDUCTED BY ONEPOLL FOR BEACHBOUND, THE SURVEY FOUND NEARLY TWO IN THREE (64%) SAY THEY’VE LEARNED THE MOST ABOUT THEIR LOVED ONES WHILE ON VACATION, THAT INCLUDED FAMILY MEMBERS (50%), PARTNERS (42%) AND FRIENDS (37%).
SIMILARLY, SEVEN IN 10 (70%) SAY THEY FEEL MORE IN TOUCH WITH THEMSELVES AFTER RETURNING FROM A TRIP AND A THIRD (33%) HAVE EVEN HAD AN EPIPHANY ABOUT SOME ASPECT OF THEIR LIFE WHILE ON VACATION.
