A converted chapel with a swimming pool has gone on the market.

The house, Kirkholm, in Saline, Scotland, dates from 1844.

It was built as a Free Church by Lewis Mercer in a school style but is now a three-story house with a heated swimming pool.

It also has a kitchen, study, dining and sitting areas and a bathroom, while the main bedroom has an en-suite.

Architectural details include a stunning staircase, and it has a garden.

It is being sold by Galbraith for offers over £435,000 ($524,686).
