This is the hilarious moment a water-loving dog refused to get out of the family pool - jumping back in 10 times.

A video shows owner Jennifer Henry, 42, screaming at Buster the Labrador to get out the pool, but the pooch blatantly ignores her and jumps back in.

Buster, 5, discovered a passion for swimming last year after his owners installed a pool in their backyard.

According to Jennifer, Buster spends up to three hours a day in the pool and always refuses to get out.

Jennifer, a health educator from Milton, Florida, USA, said : "It's only our second summer with the pool so we didn't realise [he loved it so much] until last year.

"He spends 1-3 hours in the pool every day, minimum. He gets in whenever he wants to and he'll just randomly jump in.

"We'll hear barking and splashing and we'll know he's in there swimming around."

Jennifer wishes Buster would spend less time in the pool due to the noise but she can't stop him.

Buster loves swimming so much that he's managed to convert his brother Scooby, 14, although Scooby isn't as obsessed.

Jennifer said: "I can yell at him as much as I want but he won't get out.

"Scooby does it too but he's just started around seven months ago. He doesn't do it all the time, though, and he gets out when I yell."

Although she complains about her swimming dog, Jennifer is glad that he enjoys the pool.

She explained that the pooch was diagnosed with cancer at two and given six months to live, so she let him enjoy life.

She said: "Sometimes we get a little frustrated when we can't get him out, but we really just want him to live life."
