Building submerged in water as Tropical Storm Nicole approached

This video show the devastation caused as Tropical Storm Nicole rips through coastal buildings in Daytona Beach, Florida, at 70 mph.

The National Weather Service forecasted Nicole would strengthen to a full hurricane before making landfall Wednesday night.

A video, shared by Ron Oliver, shows what appears to be a public restroom facility in Daytona Beach falling into the ocean.

Rough seas have completely engulfed the beach and a road can be seen crumbled and washed out.

As of 4 P.M. ET Wednesday, Nicole had maximum sustained winds near 70 mph with higher gusts.

It was expected to strengthen to a hurricane overnight, according to the National Hurricane Center.
