Harry Potter fans can now live out their dreams of living at Hogwarts
Residents can even host their own parties in the Great Hall where Harry Potter characters were filmed sharing food, with the space open to those living on the development.

Luxury homes are for sale at an ex-public school where some of the Harry Potter movies were filmed - with residents able to use the famous Great Hall.
Fans of the films will recognize the dining hall of the housing development, Royal Connaught Park, as Hogwarts' Great Hall from the first three films of the franchise.
Situated in Bushey, England, the grand home was originally created as the new home for the Royal Masonic School for Boys back in 1900.
Due to low attendance, the school closed in 1977 and became the the United States International University.
It then shot to fame in several films, including starring as the Great Hall of Hogwarts in the first three Harry Potter movies.
No longer where young fictional wizards could sit feasting, the building is now the dining hall for residents who can live in the houses built around the building by property developer The Comer Group.
The new build launched in September 2021, called The Nova Collection, with 147 new builds now in its final phase with 307 units making up the whole development.
Only 35 homes are left availably to buy, giving fans the incredible chance to live out their childhood dreams of living at Hogwarts.
But they come at a price - with a three bedroom apartment setting you back an eye-watering £1,425,000 (1$,791,460).
The gated housing development boasts a gym, tennis club and 100 acres of parkland for residents to enjoy inside the iconic grounds.
Beneath the floor of the previous Great Hall of Hogwarts is the elegant private swimming pool with sauna, jacuzzi and changing facilities with a glass ceiling that shows residents the view of the restored dining hall ceiling as they swim.

Homes are now being advertised to be bought on the picturesque magical development that has been described by The Comer Group as "the epitome of contemporary luxury in perfect harmony with Victorian splendor."
