Pride to be: Groom excitedly awaits his bride at the altar

This video shows a groom called Mr. Smiley standing at the altar excitedly swaying back and forth - waiting for his bride.

The aptly named Justin Smiley was filmed filled with anticipation to marry Jennifer at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church in Aurora, Illinois.

After postponing their wedding once due to COVID-19, the couple were both delighted.

As the future Mrs. Smiley walks down the aisle, her fiancé's reaction is adorable as he beams at her before shaking and rocking with excitement.

Justin can be seen excitedly mouthing “We’re getting married” seemingly in disbelief. The two finally reach each other and lock in a beautiful embrace.

''I was VERY excited to finally be having the moment we had thought about for so long," said Justin from Chicago.

''I wanted to run right up the aisle and even mouthed at one point "HURRY UP!" lol!

''At one point in the video, I can be seen saying "we're getting married!"

Jennifer, also from Chicago, said: “We were engaged for over 3 years, and postponed our wedding due to COVID. This was an incredibly special moment that we had both been picturing in our heads for SO long.

“The excitement captured in that video made the long wait to finally be married worth it!”
